Our goal is to keep families together, educate communities, while promoting child safety and well-being. We’re not just about DCFS; we’re a walking resource, equipped to help with a wide range of issues. If we don’t have the answer, we know someone who does. We’re here to discover what your family needs to be whole and well.
Our founder, Bobbie Turner, is a former client and survivor of the Los Angeles County Child Welfare System. Having had two of her own children in the system, she understands the challenges and struggles that many families face. Now, with her children grown, educated, and thriving, she has seen firsthand the power of resilience and the importance of support. Over the span of two years of partnership with the Torrance Regional DCFS office, she has helped prevent 70 families from re-entering the system, and she is committed to helping many more. She has been in your shoes, and she knows that you too can overcome your challenges.
Our Expertise
As the founder, Bobbie, I bring a wealth of experience and a range of certifications to my work. With over a decade of experience in the industry, my team and I offer both professional expertise and personal understanding. I hold numerous certifications that contribute to my ability to serve effectively. These include a Community Resiliency Model (CRM) certificate from the Trauma Resource Institute, a CRM Teacher certification, Community Leadership Training 101, a Support Group certificate, a QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Program certificate, and a certificate in Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention Education.
